Staff were friendly and helpful. Room 306 was spacious new and had two large double Windows (view was office building). Aircon was effective. Mini-bar fridge. Combination safe. Large luggage storage ante-room. Bed comfortable.
Included breakfast at Cafe Zurigo was excellent - unlimited self serve of bacon and eggs, cereals, toast, rolls, cold meats etc etc.
Metro and tram stop about 200m. But easier to walk straight to Duomo about 500m.
Now remember, it is a three star hotel - so nothing too swanky. I paid $220 for two nights including taxes and fees on Expedia. Had to pay 8 euro for city tax. Single room was small but clean. The bathroom was actually fairly big compared to the rest of the room and also clean! Friendly staff with 24 hour service desk. Good breakfast. Easy to locate, I probably paid more for the location since it is a 5-8 minute walk from the Duomo. Front desk ordered me a taxi when I had to leave at 5 AM.
Hotel room was quite good. You can try different types of pillows, so make sure you try some of them! Breakfast is okay for a one or 2 night stay, if longer than that, it gets boring (scrambled eggs and bacon for main). You still have muesli and toasts you can eat. Staff is really cool!
Pretty standard three star hotel. Very friendly and courteous staff. Basic and clean room with normal sized beds.
Very conveniently located in the very center of town - 8 - 10 minute walk to Duomo.
Relatively expensive for what you get. Parking is not part of the hotel, but a public parking place. Hotel charges extra on top of regular parking fee.
The hotel room was really large and comfy, breakfast was good, most services in general were decent, except for internet connection. The hotel uses more wi-fi networks, I assume one per floor, but I had problems connecting to the one assigned to my floor (third). I had to use another network, whose signal was worse.
Standard 3 star hotel. Very good staff, willing to help, the breakfast is not that good and could be skipped for a better breakfast in another place. Rooms are pretty clean and the TV's have smart apps (Netflix and such). Shower is nice.
Well located - ten minutes from the Duomo, close to the Metro line for the main station. Nice clean room, air con worked - good as a quick stop, nothing more. WiFi didn't work in rooms though.
Pleasant and courteous staff. Clean and functional room / facilities that whilst not exceptional are quietly stylish and smart - very satisfactory for business or leisure use. Convenient location near centre and public transport links. Would certainly recommend and use again.
